It all began with a frustrating experience on a major airline's website.
Trying to find out how much my recently canceled flight credit was worth turned into a maze of confusing links and dead ends. When I finally resorted to the website's chat feature, I was met with a clunky, rigid decision tree that didn't really let me ask what I needed. Eventually, after waiting to connect with a live agent and repeating all the information, I thought, "We can do better than this!"
That moment inspired the creation of AGNTMKT. Using the power of AI and large language models, we've crafted on-brand AI agents that help your customers find the answers they need quickly and easily.

I love franchising! I've been in and around the industry for nearly 10 years and have spent all of that time in marketing. From advertising and website strategy to training and leading teams, I've enjoyed (almost) every moment of it. The thing that really gets me excited though? Creating an amazing experience for people. I am relentlessly passionate about creating something strategic, unique and surprising.
